What is the scope of "minor updates"?
Includes text corrections/replacements, price or hours changes, image replacements, and link URL
updates. This refers to "keeping the design structure as is and only changing the content"
(tasks within 30 minutes).
What if I want to add pages or change the design?
This falls "outside the scope of standard maintenance" and will be quoted
separately. We respond flexibly with page additions (¥10,000 per page) or major design updates
(from ¥5,000).
Is it okay if I have no knowledge of the web?
Yes, absolutely no problem. You can leave everything to us—from proposing the structure and
setting up servers to update work after launch. Please feel at ease even if you are in a state
of "not knowing what to put on it."
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can expand your site as your business grows by changing from Basic to
Standard or Standard to Premium.
